Yerranderie Ghost Town

Yerranderie Ghost Town is an Historic Silver Mining Ghost Town. Situated 120 kilometres (2 hours) South east of Oberon/Colong Stock Route, surrounded by picturesque Blue Mountains and Kanangra Boyd National Parks. It is the perfect wilderness escape!

By vehicle to Yerranderie takes 5-6 hours via Oberon (the closest town by road) and 4WD is recommended. Curtis Aviation is the only approved operator to fly in and out of this magnificent former silver mining town, and will take only 20 minutes by air from Camden.

Activities include bushwalking, photography, historical site seeing, native wildlife appreciation, 4WD touring and relaxing. We also offer Accommodation at the Miner's Cottage, the Old Post Office and the camping ground.

We take many bushwalkers, day-trip sightseers and overnighters to the village.

Flights to Yerranderie are available for one person plus the pilot or for up to 3 persons in the aircraft plus the pilot. The weight restriction is 75kg + 15kg baggage = 90kg per person. The rates on our booking page are each way, for return trips you need to double it.
